Many John Molson students and applicants aspire to a career in management; what were some key hurdles you had to overcome to succeed as a leader? In my career, the notion of leadership has evolved, as well as what it means to be a successful leader. I had the opportunity to work with leadership at all levels of organizations – large and small – beginning with a small start-up whose founders were three friends and a class mate. Although short lived (less than a year), I learned to create my own job description where none existed.....

What is Business Coaching? Business coaching is the process of helping a company or business team achieve greater clarity, focus and results. It is similar to life coaching but it takes place in a business setting and opposed to being focused on an individual's goals, it is typically centered around the goals of the business as a whole and its success.

How could you describe your career path in a few words? I am currently President and Project Management Advisor at Kabera Consulting Inc.
